Rankmonster.com To Administer Google Ad Grant

Google Ad Grant Management As you may know, a key tool I quickly sought, after the formation of the nonprofit was the Google for Nonprofits program and then it's Google Ad Grant.  We receive $10,000 a month grant, in free Google advertising, which is great and frees us from spending on digital marketing.  To ensure Google's gift is spent well there are quality thresholds LFI must meet and a month into the Grant we're trailing our minimal requirement. The more time I spend on this site, the Google Ad campaigns and meeting thresholds the less time we are devoting to our actual purpose.  Which is why I had made several board members aware of my intention to hire a management agency with nonprofit experience to help with our grant and site. I wanted to share this with everyone as it represents a commitment we've made that I believe will be...

Membership Levels Announced

Members Members act as the shareholders of a nonprofit corporation, except they receive no compensation or dividend.  They meet annually, typically in late April. At the annual meeting they choose the people who serve as directors for the next year.  Members also make decisions as outlined in the LFI By Laws and receive reports on the progress of the corporation from the board of directors, officers and staff. The LFI By-Laws state only one membership level but leave open the process of additional members and membership levels to the members. The members have approved the following eight membership levels allowing anyone to be an LFI member. This allows others to join LFI and have a say in the affairs of the nonprofit.  Different vote values are associated with each membership level ensuring corporate continuity and culture are maintained. Its with less than an enthusiastic task to discuss this topic, but with 1500 LGBTQ homeless youth in Louisville, KY alone, it was going to come up. How Did We Get To Backpacks? While reviewing the SEO / SEM performance of LFI's Google Ad grant I noticed many of the searches that triggered folks to find our site were likely the best topics we could address.  First lets address something I mentioned before, the backpack.  I've allowed people to stay at my home from time to time and one thing I became aware of quickly was the value of a backpack. One friend would move it from room to room as he moved around, it made sense will you consider it.  To me I said it made me feel he wasn't taking any risks in my house.  I pointed out that I was taking a risk by having someone in...
